Current Title: Principal Quality Engineer 

Position Seeking: 

• Sr/Principal QE or Quality Manager positions that offer a mix of technical and managerial work where he can have agency over a team that is making impactful and visible changes to a company to improve overall quality and efficiency with a challenging and cutting edge technology.

Reason for Change: 

• Current company recently acquired. New company moving production and other functions to other locations. Prior internal career goals and promotions no longer viable.

14 years of diverse, soup to nuts Quality Engineering and Quality Systems experience with startup and small medical device companies. 
Technology platform experience includes E/M software driven fluid management and infusion systems and devices and cellular therapy products

Skilled at: 

• Statistical data analysis and developing rationales around the use of sample sizes for design verification, reliability, and process verification or validation.

• Methodical approaches to risk analysis and root cause investigation using fault trees, FMEAs, Is/Is-Not, Fishbone, etc.

• Works well on cross functional teams. Able to transfer responsibilities and train team members to take on new tasks such as reliability test programs and supplier management activities.

• Conducting thorough quality system and process related audits and digging into deep crevices of a process to determine if there are inefficiencies or nonconformities.

Current Location:

• MA - Not open to relocate but will travel to your plant or facility in a hybrid or remote job capacity
